Ginger chicken with chips is one of the very good dish for dinner and lunch . the chicken is fried or grilled with ginger recipe . one of the advantage of that it has the presence of the ginger , that must reduce the fat content in chicken , that also help to reduce effect of the cholesterol .
INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN
1 BORN LESS CHICKEN BREAST (4)
2 GINGER PASTE (75 G)
3 GARLIC PASTE (5 G)
4 PEPPER (15G)
5 SALT (2 PINCH)
6 MAYONNAISE
7 VINEGAR
FOR CHIPS
1 POTATO (3)
2 BAKING SALT (PINCH)
PREPARATION OF CHICKEN
STEP 1
Take four chicken breasts and remove the outer layer and clean very well.
STEP 2
Then make the combination of ginger and garlic paste and put pepper powder and salt to it . it is nice paste.
STEP 3
Then make some patches on the chicken breast using a knife and drop the vinegar to the chicken to all over the parts .and leave 3 minutes .
STEP 4
Put the chicken in the paste and leave 25 minute to it and try to cover the paste to chicken .
STEP 5
Grill the chicken in a grill or oven 20 minute OR you can fry in edible oil 15 minute
PREPARATION OF CHIPS
STEP 1
Peal potato and clean well , slice to equal slices and put 10 minutes to the liquid of baking powder
STEP 2
Wash well and keep for drying . Then fry in edible oil . fry still the potato become slight brown .
STEP 3
keep it for drying and put some salt and pepper to it
HOW TO EAT
You can eat 2 chicken and a hand full of chips , mayonnaise,salt and pepper
