Coconut Beef Mince is a good dish that help maintain the health . It is little bit crispy to eat and the the presence of coconut power make a new flavor to it . we can try it as spicy and non spicy. but my preference is non spicy . it is a very good dish for parties . i prefer it for dinner .
INGREDIENTS
FRESH BEEF (300 gm )
COCONUT POWDER .
GINGER PASTE (a pinch)
GARLIC PASTE (a pinch)
TOMATO PASTE(2 Table spoon)
ONION (1)
SALT AND PEPPER( a pinch)
WORCESTERSHIRE SOUSE(a spoon)
TOMATO(1)
CINNAMON (1/4 spoon)
SOYA SOUSE (1/2 spoon)
OLIVE OIL (20 G )
MAYONNAISE
SALT
PEPPER
PREPARATION

STEP 2
make a paste of the salt , pepper (PINCH) ,garlic paste , ginger paste and tomato souse ans soya souse .and paste to the beef and leave 20 minutes . bake it in microwave oven 5 minute .
STEP 2 (MINCING )
Grind the beef to mince using a mixer grinder
NOTE : not to grind too much , just slice first and grind to this chops.
SREP 3
Put oil in hot pan in a fame and put chopped onion and make it brown . Then put chopped tomato ,half of ginger paste and garlic pate to it . you can put cinnamon power now
STEP 4
Put coconut powder to it . and stir up to coconut power become brown and crispy .
STEP 5
Put minced beef to the above content and stir it 2 minute.
STEP 6
Add a spoon of WORCESTERSHIRE SOUSE to it
STEP 7
Add a spoon of tomato souse to get the thickness
STEP 8
take the dish in a plate and pour the mayonnaise on the top of it . if you want you can put a pinch of pepper as well .
