it is a kind of Mexican food , that has the popularity in America as well . corn tortillas is the main content of it . it is very much good for the health . and all the preparations are done through corn oil . so it is tasty food. but it is little bit hot by the presence of chilly .
INGREDIENTS
1 tortillas(drained)
2 Epazote (it is kind of flavor you can use any other flavor )
3 vegetable oil
4 chilly souse
5 garlic paste.
6 tomato souse.
7 jalapeno
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Make a hot pan and put the oil . then put the tortillas to the oil and make it brown and remove from oil and keep for drain .
STEP 2
Make garlic chilly souse , for that put chilly souse ans garlic paste in a hot pan and mix well 20 second
STEP 3
MAKE SALSA VERDE; for that take tomato souse jalapeno and garlic paste and mix well with a hand blender
STEP 4
Hot salsa verde in a hot pan and keep it 10 minute . then add tortillas to the salsa and keep cooking in a fame . again add Epazote to it. you have to turn around ot until all the salsa coated on tortillas.
FINAL PREPARATION
for the final preparation you need some garnishes . they are
COTIJA CHEESE
CREMA MEXICANA
CILANDRO(Slices)
AVACADO (Slices)
RED ONION (Slices)
FINAL STEP
TAKE PLATE AND PUT tortillas AND PUT ALL THE GARNISHES ON THE TOP AND SIDES OF IT IF YOU WANT MORE HOT YOU CAN ADD MORE CHILLY SOUSE
