Sweet kiwis Pavlova is one of the most popular sweet cream dessert in New Zealand and Australia . it is is sweet dessert for the kids as well . It is consider as the national food of New Zealand . normally people consider it is a very difficult dish to prepare . But in my opinion it is easy dessert to prepare.it take one one or one and half our for the preparation . So we can check the preparation
INGREDIENTS .
1 EGG(5 number).
2 VERY FINE SUGAR (very very fine power, 200g)
3 WHITE VINEGAR(1 teaspoon ).
4 VANILLA EXTRACT (Few drops ).
TOPPINGS
1 DOUBLE CREAM (White cream ).
3 KIWIS (Sliced 4 number.)
NOTE: if you want you can add different frute as toppings
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Take the egg and separate the yolk from egg white . for this we want only egg white .
STEP 2
Take egg white in a container ans blend or mix it with a mixer . and add the very fine sugar very slowly . make a paste of it . But do not beat to must. than you can add a spoon of hot water and vanilla extract to it . then mix once .
STEP 3
Take a oven friendly tray and put a cooking foil over it . spray very small amount of oil to it to avoid the sticky effect .
STEP 4
Put the paste to tray and make a round shaped structure like a party cake .Put it it to the oven that is set as 160 c.cook it to 65 minutes . then take it and leave for cooling
STEP 5
Take the double cream and mix it with a hand mixer to make it soft .
STEP 6
Pour or paste the cream on the top of the cake like structure very slowly .and a make a thick layer of cream .
NOT:put the cream after base become cool
STEP 7
Decorate the dessert with Kiwis very well
