Coriander French Fried Rice

French Fried Rice is very good dish for the dinner and lunch .It is the complete food with  so many vegetables.It is very good for kids and women  .It will give more energy to men as well.It is a dish good for winter  and help to protect the body from cold climate

INGREDIENTS


LONG GRAIN RICE (a cup )
ONION (Sliced ,2)
CARROT (1, Chopped )
BEANS (4 ,Chopped )
GREEN PEAS (1/2 Cup )
GINGER (1 Spoon,chopped )
GARLIC (1 Spoon , chopped )
CINNAMON(5 G)
CLOVE(5 G) 
CARDAMOM(5 G)
CASHEW NUT (50 G)
RAISING (50 G )
BUTTER (2 Spoon )
FRESH MINT LEAVES(Chopped 1 spoon )
SALT (As much you want )
CORIANDER LEAVES (chopped 2 spoon)

PREPARATION 

STEP 1 
Wash the rice   very well and put in boiled water with cinnamon , cardamom and cloves for 12 minute.And remove the water after cooking  .
STEP 2 
Wash vegetables very well and  chopped very well.
STEP 3
Put the butter in a pan and put the chopped onion  .when it become light brown put cashew nut and raising stir 1 minute 
STEP 4
put the chopped vegetable to it and stir 2 minute  .
STEP 5 
Put cooked rice to it and Mixed very well.And remove from flame .
STEP 6
Put coriander leaves to it
