 INGREDIENTS 

1 POTATO (3 )
2 ONE CUP OF MILK
3 HALF CUP OF CREAM
4 HALF CUP OF BUTTER
5 PINCH OF SALT


PREPARATION

STEP 1

  1 peal the potato and wash well .  remove all the outer covering and clean very well .
 cut it to the a size and put in 3 cup of  hot water . again hot it very well up to make the potato very soft . after 20 minute your potato is fully prepared for smash .
NOT ; PROVIDE SAME HEAT ALL THE 20 MINUTE WHEN THE POTATO IS BAKING

STEP 2

 hot the milk and leave for 30 second

STEP 3

 hot the cream (if there is no flavor you can add any of them )

STEP 4

  blend the potato very well to make a paste or you can mash it with a masher

STEP 5

  add hot milk , cream and butter while you are mashing it , again mash it to become very soft and add a pinch of salt to it

INGREDIENTS

1 BREAD LOAFS( 4 SLICES )
2 MILK (4 TABLE SPOON )
3 EGGS (3 EGGS )
4 NUTMEG POWDER
5 CINNAMON
6  FLAVORS(I AM SUGGESTING VANILLA ) not compulsory
7  FRYING OIL (OPTIONAL )



PREPARATION 

 STEP 1

  make a mix of egg and milk , add the sugar and blend well to  make a perfect blend . you can use a hand blender for that . if you want you can add natural color or flavor .

STEP 2

  dip the brad loafs in to the mixture and dip 30 second .

STEP 3 

 you can toast or fry in hot pan with or with out oil

STEP 4 

  you can add the powder or cinnamon or nutmeg

NOTE ; THIS IS VERY GOOD COMBINATION FOOD FOR KIDS , THE NUTMEG REDUCE THE  PROBLEMS IN STOMACH
