INGREDIENTS 

MINCE (250 g or a pack )
GARLIC PASTE(A spoon )
TOMATO(1, Sliced to small)
ONION (1,sliced to small peaces)
TOMATO SOUSE ( 2 table spoon )
HERBS (very small amount )
NUTMEG POWER (1/4 Tea spoon)
OXOCUBE (1)
EDIBLE OIL ( 1 SPOON , OLIVE OR SUN FLOOR )
RED WINE (20 ML )
PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE
TABASCO SOUSE ( optional , It is very hot pepper souse  , so add if you want )
WORCESTERSHIRE SOUSE 
SALT AND PEPPER 

PREPARATION 

STEP 1 
Make a pan hot in a fame and put a spoon oil and make oil hot .
STEP 2
Put the onion , and make it brown and gain put garlic paste.
STEP 3
Add mince to it . and stir regularly to avoid sticking . cook 10 minute
STEP 4 
Add Oxo cube in to it . and stir it very well. 
STEP 5 
Add tomato slices and herbs .And cook in a very low flame . 
STEP 6
Add nut meg powder to make flavor AND   add red wine 
STEP 7 
 ADD PECORINO ROMANO, CHEESE TABASCO SOUSE ,WORCESTERSHIRE SOUSE 

STEP8
Finally add tomato souse to make thick  AND  add salt and pepper .
STEP 8 
Take it a plate and add mayonnaise and eat it , have a  nice food
