ALOO PARATHA OR ALOO WRAP

         It is a combination of different food product that we use every day . the aloo is simply potato , we can say it is a potato paratha . it is the traditional food in middle east and north India . Pakistani people like it very well . it is more popular in Europe as well

 

 INGREDIENTS 


ALOO(POTATO)
WHEAT FLOUR 
PEPPER POWER 
SALT 
EDIBLE OIL 
WATER 
YEAST OR BAKING POWDER 
NUT MEG POWER (PINCH)
PUTHINA LEAF (FOR DECORATION )
LEMON SLICES (FOR DECORATION )


PREPARATION OF ALOO

Boil the potato after removing outer cover and make pa paste using the billed potato 
put a spoon of fine pepper powder , pinch of salt and nut meg powder  and make fine paste 

PREPARATION  of   PARATHA 

 STEP 1 

  put water and baking powder to the wheat floar and mix it with water .  blend it with hand and put some water again and again . mix the water and wheat when it become soft . YOU CAN PROVIDE MORE FORCE AND PRESSURE USING YOUR HAND 
NOT 
 DON"T PUT MORE WATER , WE HAVE TO MAKE THE SMALL BOLES  USINg IT SO MIX 15 MINUTE . BUT IT IS STICKY PUT LITTLE FLOAR DOT ALLOW STICKY .

STEP 2 

 make small boles using the mixture and put it inside a press to make paratha OR you can make thin sheets by rolling a round wood over it .

 STEP 3 

  take  two parathas and put aloo paste inside it and press it again in a press . 

STEP 4 

 put in a hot pan and pour some oil to it and bake by both side
