HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CAKE

                        butter cake  is one of the finest cake in the world . it is suitable for any function . the kids like this definitely . so you can try in your kitchen .



 INGREDIENTS


1 HALF CUP OF MILK

2 2OO gm OF BUTTER (MAKE IT SOFT  , FOR THAT KEEP IT IN ROOOM                            TEMPERATURE AT 20 MINUTE ).
3 EGG (4 )
4  ONE CUP OF SUGAR POWDER
5 HALF KG SELF RISING FLOOR ( if it is not available put some yeast in  fine wheat floor)
6  FLAVOR ( i am suggesting vanilla )


PREPARATION

STEP 1

Make the mixture of sugar , butter , and flavor using a hand blender . you can use the mixer as well . then add eggs and mix again .

STEP 2

you can add the self rising floor to it very slowly and add  blend well to avoid the gutters . and keep 1 hour

STEP 3

  check the amount of butter in the mixture , if  you want you can add extra 50 gm

STEP 4

Make a aluminium container of any shape (you can try different shape ), put the mixture in side it . put it in oven and bake 200  C   approximately 45 minute

STEP 5

  remove from oven and keep one hour in room temperature and again put in a freezer and make cool .
